One of the most powerful ways to create transformation is meeting "One on One". It is an investment towards realigning and re-posturing where you currently are in your middle-age journey. It is an opportunity to be heard, recognize stagnant habits, create healthy mind-shifts and pivot towards reclaiming your life!
This is all done by working together with purpose, while equipping you with an individualized program coupled with accountability and support.

She has helped guide me towards opening my eyes to see my God-given potential, even at 51 years old. I use to believe that once menopause hit, that was it. Now, I am living a much more active life, trying new things and exploring more healthier food options.

Being a woman who has struggled with diets over the years, I felt like I had hit a brick wall as to how I was supposed to feel since entering menopause. I have read countless articles but finally felt it was time for me to do something for me that didn't involve pills or surgery. I signed up for a call and Kate really took the time to hear my needs and wants. Each week on our call is a time to continue applying strategies and also re-evaluating where I am at. Since meeting with Kate, I feel alive again!
