This method is a lifestyle change & not a quick fix or cookie-cutter program. Everyone is so individualized with various goals. That's what makes it so wonderful!

Studies have shown that impactful & lasting change can take 3-6 months (or more). However, depending on your goal(s), others are able to implement change within 30 days.

With that said, I like to remind my middle-aged girlfriends that you are navigating through various changes. Not just diet and exercise, but other areas in your life. This is why you have the opportunity to  address goal setting in a well-rounded program so you are thriving & living a fulfilled, wholesome & abundant life.

It is a  well rounded and robust program which goes beyond nutrition. We implement a tool called the "Wheel of Life" and explore areas such as your environment, career, finances, relationships, activities, spiritual & personal growth and your health & well-being.

Each slice of the wheel has an impact on your quality of life which encompasses your vision, goals and overall health. Each season of life, your wheel will change and look different. This is why having the "Wheel of Life" as a foundational tool is so imperative & makes it so individualized, meeting you right where you are.

In my experience as a health coach, I have partnered alongside personal trainers, physical therapists, nutritionists as well as healthcare providers who have encouraged their clients and patients towards creating preventative, holistic  behavioral changes.

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, if you are employed & depending on your employer, it may be worth exploring if they offer wellness incentives. This may include a reimbursement to you for completing certain health benchmarks such as engaging in health coaching sessions, lowering your numbers, quitting smoking, just to name a few.

Fun Fact: My prior employer offered these incentives and it changed my LIFE!
